Vibraphone duets are fairly hard to come by, but "Ringing Webs" is one that works. Both performers are required to use four mallets and have a good working knowledge of dampening, both with a mallet and the pedal. Other than brief recommendations in the beginning, Smith leaves dampening up to the performer with no indications in the music. Show off your vibraphone technique on your next recital!
