Black Swamp Pro Concert Castanets speak with a solid, impressive tone from forte to piano, and rip simple or complex rhythms with ease. They are made with Purpleheart* and Grenadillo in Black Swamp's own facility for complete quality control. Each chip is CNC machined, then voiced by hand (and by a musician's ear) so you get the most musical and consistent castanets available.

Black Swamp's unique handle design lets you articulate rhythms in the air or on your knee, and allows the castanets to properly seat against one another, retaining the full resonance of the internal chamber. The Micro-Adjust tone control allows Black Swamps castanets to sound beautiful at any dynamic. Simply turn the knob to adjust the action for louder or softer dynamics.
