Invented in 1994, Boomwhackers have become extremely popular worldwide in music education classrooms. They have won numerous awards and the colour coding has set the standard in the industry. Boomwhackers are easy to play and lots of fun! Each Boomwhacker can be played onto the palm of the hand, tapped onto the ground or played together to form a chord. They also sound great when bounced vertically onto the ground with an "Octavator" cap added onto one end, especially the bass set.

Add chromatic pitches to your existing diatonic Boomwhackers® set for a full chromatic octave, or play a unique pentatonic scale with only these five tubes! This 5-Note Chromatics Set includes C#, D#, F#, G#, and A# within the standard octave of Boomwhackers®. Tubes range in length from 13" to 23". Combine this set with the 8-Note C Major Diatonic Set (Item #BWDG, sold separately) to form fully-chromatic octave of 13 notes. The 5-Note Chromatics Set also creates its own unique pentatonic scale that sounds pleasant by itself.
