Dragonfly Cynthia Yeh Chammy BD Mallet: each

This Dragonfly Percussion Cynthia Yeh Signature Bass Drum Mallet features a Large Chammy mallet head. The combination of the aluminium handle and lightweight head delivers a focused and controlled sound. Perfect chammy-style mallet for a very articulated sound but with lots of body. The wood ball core has a steel weight inside that provides for a fuller sound than an ordinary wood core mallet.

Dragonfly Percussion has collaborated with Chicago Symphony Principal Percussionist Cynthia Yeh to create a totally original set of concert bass drum mallets. All her mallets are on aluminium handles, some are solid and heavy, the others are hollow and light. The small 3/4" diameter and the foam grip make these mallets incredibly comfortable in the hand and give the player easy control of the even the largest, heaviest models. The combination of synthetic suede, standard fleece and super soft fleece give this set a wide range of timbres and hardness. With this set, you've got all your bass drum repertoire covered.
