With this High-Tension Snare Drum high head tensions can be realized as they are demanded by challenging pipe bands. With only 4.7kg it is lighter as some common parade snare drums. The drum shell has no lugs on the batter side that guarantees an excellent float. The wire snare underneath the Batter head can be easily switched on and off, the snare tension is adjustable. With this High-Tension Snare Drum high head tensions can be realized as they are demanded by challenging pipe bands. With only 4.7 kilograms it is lighter as some common parade snare drums. The stress ring takes the complete head tension and is therefore made from highly robust and extremely torsion resistant aircraft aluminium. Coated in shell colour.
