Using a variety of common instruments, this opus uses Afro-Cuban figures to create in listeners and players the sense that they're way out in one of Australia's most remote regions, a place where the aboriginal moods prevail. Denis says that additional players can be added to almost every part, as long as the overall sound retains the African/Aboriginal flavour. A solo section is included for anyone who feels adventurous.
