What could be more peaceful than the sound of a singing bowl? Singing bowls are some of the world's oldest and most unique instruments. These bowls have been used for centures in spiritual traditions such as Buddhism and Hinduism for meditation, relaxation, healthcare, personal well-being, and religious practice. Lightly strike the bowl and, before the vibrations dissipate, immediately postion the mallet vertically near the rim of the bowl and begin circling it until you hear the overtone build into its characteristic song.
